These rules are written to match the giveaway framework as actually built on CalculateMine: entry requires sign-in (so a winner can be reached and verified), one entry per person, winner drawn at random, notified by email, announced publicly only with the winner's consent — and cryptocurrency prizes are DISABLED in the framework and stay disabled under these rules. The specifics of each giveaway — its name, dates, prize and eligible regions — are stated on the giveaway page and complete these rules for that giveaway.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
The sponsor of this giveaway (the "Promotion") is SINSCENTS LLC, Milford, Massachusetts, USA (the "Sponsor"), operator of CalculateMine.
Entries open and close at the dates and times stated on the giveaway page (the "Entry Period"). Entries timestamped outside the Entry Period are not eligible.
Open to legal residents of the regions stated on the giveaway page — the framework models the United States; Canada (excluding Quebec); and EU member states per country — who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is higher) at the time of entry. Excluded: residents of countries subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions; any jurisdiction where this Promotion is prohibited or where registration/bonding requirements apply and have not been met; employees and the member of the Sponsor and their immediate household members.
During the Entry Period: (a) sign in to CalculateMine (sign-in is required so a winner can be reached and verified); (b) open the giveaway page and submit one entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion, regardless of email addresses, accounts or devices used. Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means, and entries by the same person exceeding the limit, are void. Normal internet access charges may apply.
The winner(s) will receive the prize described on the giveaway page, at the approximate retail value stated there. The prize is as described; no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent except at the Sponsor's discretion or as required by law.
Cryptocurrency prizes are not offered. Crypto-denominated prizes are disabled in the Sponsor's systems and under these rules. If a future promotion is ever to offer one, it will be under separate rules covering valuation, volatility and tax reporting — nothing in these rules authorizes it.
On or about the draw date stated on the giveaway page, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their sign-in. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility (including age and residence) and, where lawful, complete an eligibility/release declaration. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries (up to 3 alternates, after which the prize will not be awarded).
The prize will be delivered by the method and within the timing stated on the giveaway page. All taxes associated with the prize are the winner's responsibility. Where required, the Sponsor will issue the applicable tax form (for a U.S. winner, IRS Form 1099 for prizes at or above the reporting threshold) and may collect the information needed to issue it before delivery.
The winner will be announced publicly only with the winner's consent, as modeled in the built framework (first name and general location, e.g., "Alex from Ohio"). Providing an entry is not consent to publicity.
Information collected for the Promotion is handled under the CalculateMine Privacy Policy and used to administer the Promotion (entry, drawing, notification, delivery, legal compliance) and for no other purpose, unless the entrant separately opts in to The Mother Lode club emails — entry never automatically subscribes anyone to marketing email.
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process. The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from liability arising from participation or prize use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any game publisher, platform or social network on which it may be mentioned.
