Two doors. One bends the map.
Gaming's most useful ratio: step through the right door and one step becomes eight. The tiny piece of math that folds whole worlds in half.
In Minecraft, the Nether is a compressed copy of the Overworld — every block of distance there covers eight on the surface. Portal placement is one division:
Build a portal at Overworld (800, 240) and its twin belongs at Nether (100, 30). One ratio — and a 1,600-block journey becomes a 200-block walk.
